Twenty-six youth participated in the Georgia 4-H State Dairy Judging Contest on March 26, 2021, at the University of Georgia Teaching Dairy in Winterville, Georgia.
UGA Animal and Dairy scientist Sha Tao researches heat stress and its effects on dairy cattle physiology. As principal investigator on this project, he directed the experiment to understand cellular reactions in real-world circumstances for dairy cattle. CAES News

CURO Scholars 2020
This fall, the University of Georgia recognized nine undergraduates in its 2020-21 incoming class as CURO Honors Scholars, the university’s top undergraduate research scholarship. Three students in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences were selected for the award.
